Covenant College is a Christian co-educational day school which receives enrolments from Christian families of all Protestant denominations. The College is registered under the A.C.T. Education Act and receives both Territory and Commonwealth funding.

The College was founded in 1991 to provide education within a Christian framework, with an emphasis on caring but firm discipline, excellence in educational and academic achievement, and breadth of creative expression.

The College currently has students enrolled across Kindergarten to Year 10.  The College has longer term plans to commence Years 11 and 12.

To put it simply, a Christian school is one in which God and His Word occupy the central place. It is a school that seeks to be Christian every hour of the school day. Such a school seeks to know God's world as well as God's Word.

In a Christian school nature is studied as God's creation, history is studied as the work of God's providence in the past, literature and art are studied as expressions of our reaction (believing or unbelieving) to God's manifold revelation.
