Accounts Payable Officer

The Accounts Payable Officer position is a part-time, administrative one where the successful candidate is responsible for managing the School’s outgoing cash flow. They process vendor invoices, verify expense reports, reconcile supplier statements, and execute timely payments. This vital finance role ensures healthy cash flow, protects supplier trust, and minimizes the risk of late fees or financial discrepancies. Accounts Payable Job Description

Receptionist – Expressions of Interest

Expressions of Interest are sought for reception work in the School Office. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google environment highly desirable. Please submit your interest via the Google Form. Closing date: 24 July 2026

ELC Director (part-time 0.5 FTE) for 2027

Due to a key staff member retiring at the end of the year, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Preschool leader to take over as ELC Director for our Christ-centred Preschool (4-year-olds) starting in 2027. The role requires a person who closely aligns with the School’s Christian ethos and who is keen to work in an environment where Jesus Christ is openly acknowledged and celebrated as Lord of all. Casual Teachers Required (ELC – Year 10)

* Contribute to the life of the School community.
* Be a good model of personal dress, manner, language, humility and humour.
* [For teachers] Hold a 4 year Bachelor of Education degree (or equivalent).
* [For teachers] Obtain and/or maintain Teacher Registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI). See www.tqi.act.edu.au
* Obtain and/or maintain the ACT Working With Vulnerable People registration.
NOTE:  [For Primary teachers] An appreciation of an intensive phonics-based language program (eg. Spalding / LEM Phonics) is highly desirable. Training will be provided if required for Primary teachers.
