Parents are sent an invitation to register on our Parent Web Portal.

Access to the portal will enable you to:

• Set up a tuition payment plan through the Debtor Dashboard (if you are an account holder)

• Submit absence / late / early notifications for your children

• View your child’s progress reports

• View the contact information we currently have on file for you.

If you have not received an invitation, please contact the School Office to request your invitation to register email.

Q. What if I don’t know my username?

A. Leave the Username and Password BLANK and select “Forgot Password”. Identify yourself as a CAREGIVER. Follow the prompts until the system is able to identify you. A new link will be sent to you via email to login. Remember to keep a record of both your Username and Password for next time.

Q. How do I set up a Payment Plan?

A. Covenant uses FACTS Tuition Management, a school tuition fee collection company. In the Parent Portal, go to Account Information. From there you can navigate to the Debtor Dashboard and setup a payment plan. If you have problems, please contact the FACTS-TM helpline on 1300 322 871 or

Q. My Payment Plan needs adjusting. What do I do?

A. If you cannot adjust your Payment Plan via the Parent Portal, please email finance@covenant.act.edu.au to request changes you would like made.
