Uniform Shop
Covenant is in the process of outsourcing its uniform shop to an external retailer. This process is expected to be completed by mid Term 2. Please note that an external outlet has not yet been confirmed. Please do not contact local retailers about Covenant uniforms at this time.
We understand this will be a disruptive time for the supply of uniforms, and know parents have many questions and concerns, so we have created a Uniform Transition Policy for the Winter 2026 uniform.
Uniform Transition Policy – Winter 2026
Wherever possible, please continue to use the Covenant Facebook Second Hand uniforms page to buy (and sell!) uniforms.
For Covenant specific uniform items which cannot be easily sourced, please see below for recommended replacement items. These plain / generic items can be purchased at Target / Big W / Kmart as required.
General principles for temporary transition uniform items:
- Any replacement items must be plain items of clothing only (no slogans or brand names visible).
- White shirts & grey trousers must still be worn by Secondary boys on non-sports days.
- Yellow Sports Polo: Plain polo or T-shirt in yellow or House colour may be worn in lieu.
- Tracksuits: Plain black or navy tracksuit items may be worn in lieu.
- Jumpers / Polos: Plain black or navy sweaters / polos may be worn in lieu.
- Winter Tunic (Girls Primary): Jumpers & polos may be worn with plain black or navy pants. Alternatively, girls may wear their summer uniforms with stockings and jumper.
Generic school uniform items (ie white shirts, grey trousers) can be purchased very economically at retail stores (Target, Big W, KMart).
Please note that transition clothing should only be purchased if needed, and a second hand item is not available.
Families will be advised as soon as the external retailer is ready for business, and all transition uniform items will need to be updated as soon as practically possible. We understand that some out-of-stock items may have initial manufacturing delays.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Can I still place a uniform order?
A: Unfortunately, no. Our stock is now on hold as the transfer to an external provider is finalised.
Q: What if I have money in the MySchoolConnect account?
A: Parents may login to their MySchoolConnect account at any time and use the “withdraw funds” option to get a full refund on their credits.
Q: When can I purchase uniforms at the new retail outlet?
A: We do not yet have a confirmed date, but it is expected to be within the first half of Term 2.
Q: Why the transition at this time of year?
A: Unfortunately, we could not delay the process any longer, as some stock items have run out, and new stock cannot be ordered by the retailer until they take over our existing stock. The transition is in progress now to prevent longer lead-in times for new suppliers and manufacturers.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition period.
